COMMITTEES

To strengthen the company’s internal operations, the existing committees have been reviewed and reconstituted.

Policy Committee

Reviewing and approving the drafted company policies in alignment with the organizations strategic objectives. Overseeing the effective implementation of established policies.

Vinavi Committee

Determining the priority sequence for development tasks and collaborating with relevant departments to establish the necessary IT workflows. Additionally, the committee is responsible for finalizing all data points prior to the commencement of feature development.

Tender Evaluation Committee

To review and evaluate the documentation submitted in relation to bids for the procurement of goods or services required by the required Section.

To assess bids and reach decisions in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures for the procurement of goods and services.

Human Resource Management
and Development Committee

To identify training needs and conduct programs through the Human Resources Section for the professional development of employees.

To manage employee-related matters, including the implementation of disciplinary actions, ensuring that all such processes are carried out fairly and in alignment with the company's policies and regulations.

Corruption Response Committee

To conduct thorough investigations into allegations of corruption involving company employees and to implement appropriate measures in strict adherence to the established organizational policies.

Review Committee

Reviewing and investigating grievances submitted by employees who are dissatisfied with the decisions made by employee-related committees.

Declare Committee

Establish and maintain a formal policy to identify, disclose, and manage gifts and offerings from prospective contractors and scheme implementation partners that could be perceived as bribery or undue influence, including clearly defined procedures for reporting, evaluation, approval, refusal, and record-keeping in such circumstances.

Bid Opening Committee

To open the bids in the presence of the representatives of the bidders at the time specified for the bid opening.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment
and Abuse Committee

To investigate and take necessary action regarding complaints submitted concerning sexual harassment and abuse, in accordance with the "Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abuse Act" (Act No. 16/2014).

Whistleblower Protection
Committee

In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (Act No. 16/2019) and under the mandate of the Human Rights Commission, the committee is responsible for establishing whistleblower mechanisms, investigating reports, and taking necessary actions as prescribed by the published guidelines.

Procurement Grievance
Committee

The committee is tasked with reviewing and investigating complaints and disputes received from tenders on any issues during the tendering and contracting stages of the procurement process.
