Aminath Zeeniya has been serving at Aasandha Company Ltd since 2012, holding the position of Medical Director and several other senior leadership roles over the years. Prior to joining Aasandha, she worked as a Nurse at both Central Hospital and Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH). She later served as Director General at the Ministry of Health, where she played a key role in national health administration and policy implementation. In addition, she has also held the position of Public Health Programme Coordinator at the Ministry of Health, contributing to the planning and coordination of public health initiatives.

Ahmed Nazim serves as the Deputy Managing Director of Aasandha Company Ltd since 13 December 2023. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Human Resource Division at the Ministry of Health (Maldives) from 15 May 2022, and a Senior Human Resource Officer in the same division from August 2019 to May 2022. He served as the Manager of Health Services at F.Atoll Hospital from 2016-2018 He has also been a member of the Minimum Wage Advisory Board (Maldives) since 2020. Throughout his career, he has held several roles in the health sector, including positions at the Maldives Food and Drug Authority and Department of Medical Services (Maldives), as well as managerial roles at Faafu Atoll Hospital and NJA Company Pvt. Ltd. His experience spans public health administration, human resource management, and health service leadership.

Moosa Rasheed serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aasandha Company Ltd and brings over two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate financial management across the public and private sectors. Prior to his current role, he served for over six years as Head of Finance and Accounts / Financial Controller at Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives, where he was responsible for managing accounting and finance functions and contributed to strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and governance processes.

Ibrahim Shaheed has been serving as the General Manager of the Information Technology and Customer Services Department at Aasandha Company Ltd since February 2025, following a structural reorganisation of the Company. Before this change, he served as the General Manager of the Corporate Services Division from September 2022, overseeing Administration, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Prior to joining Aasandha in Executive Management, Shaheed served as the Manager of the Information Technology Unit at the Auditor General’s Office for eight years. He also held the position of Assistant Manager at the Maldives Monetary Authority and worked as a System Analyst at the Department of National Registration.

Ahmed Husham serves as the Assistant General Manager of the Corporate Affairs Department at Aasandha Company Ltd, which comprises of General Administration, Human Capital Management, and Legal Services. Prior to joining Aasandha, he held senior managerial roles in public sector institutions, including serving as Head of Corporate Affairs at the Maldives Pension Administration Office for over two years, where he oversaw Human Resources, Procurement, and Administration functions. He also served for over three years as Corporate Services Manager at Maldives Sports Corporation Limited, with responsibility for Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administration, and led the organization in the interim during a vacancy in the Managing Director position. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of International Relations at the Civil Service Commission for five years and held various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the High Commission of the Maldives in India.

Ahsal Mohamed serves as the Chief Internal Auditor at Aasandha Company Ltd and brings extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and governance across corporate and public-sector organisations. Prior to joining Aasandha, he led internal audit functions at Maldives Ports Limited and Maldivegas Private Limited, where he was responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, identifying control weaknesses, conducting audits and investigations, and monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations. His work also included advising management on internal controls, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. During his initial professional years, he gained experience in internal auditing, including audit execution, internal control assessments, investigations, and audit reporting.
